🤯 O V E R W H E L M 🤯- how do you deal with it? Here are some thoughts I posted over on Instagram tonight:

With the holidays coming up and regular life getting busier - it feels like life is a runaway train and my legs can’t run fast enough to hop on!🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

I’m trying to be better about sharing the 360 view of my anxiety, depression., etc. So after a TRYING few days with lots of anxiety & overwhelm, I wrote out a few things that are helping me tonight, in case they might be able to help you!

Surround yourself with good people (like Zach & Mikayla here - I’ll rent them out if you need them😜)
Visit places that bring you peace (for me, that’s the temple, the outdoors, Disneyland😊...)
Use transitions in your day to decompress for a few minutes before starting the next thing.
Unplug for a few minutes! Electronically, mentally, etc. For me, this is prayer, meditation, leaving my phone in another room, etc.
Take care of yourself! That could be setting boundaries with difficult people, saying no to a million obligations, etc. Defend your time and your bandwidth!💪🏻
Have FUN! It doesn’t have to be nonstop, but even just a few minutes to unwind and laugh or do something you enjoy.
