Ollie is finally wearing 3-6mo clothing - I was so sad to pack away all the clothes she’s been wearing since November, but excited to have all new clothes to choose from!

Ollie is so social - she loves hearing her own name, trying to talk, squealing, and wants to be involved with whatever we are doing. Still a rockstar sleeper - 10-12 hours a night without waking. She loves talking & standing, she rolls over & sits up, and thankfully doesn’t hate baths or tummy time as much anymore.

We have eased our way into baby led weaning and trying more and more solids. She isn’t picky so far, but also is very bored by food - she would rather suck her thumb! She prefers breastmilk over any food, so I’m still working hard to pump as much as I can & keep up with her needs.

6 months is such a major milestone - one that felt so far away when she was a little newborn. We’ve left infancy far behind and are speeding into toddlerhood - I can’t wait to see all the new things she’ll learn and watch her interact with the world more.

This pandemic hasn’t been ideal (esp since I work in events 🤦🏻‍♀️), but I feel endlessly grateful to be home with Ollie everyday. The last 6 months went by in a blink and I’m sure the next 6 will go by faster - I’m thinking I should start planning her 1st birthday party now! (Fingers crossed we can even have parties by then 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)
